What is Improv Everywhere???
Well...IE causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places. Created in August of 2001 by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 70 missions involving thousands of undercover agents. The group is based in New York City. (from their website)
They are the ones responsible for the wonderful, praiseworthy Frozen Grand Central mission, among many others (a personal favorite is Look Up More http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSBXS1npqNI ).
